The new house is filthy with dirt all over the floors. While there is still a lot of construction left to do, the dirt kicks up and dust gets everywhere. I’m not sure that it will be good for paint. It was time to try cleaning. We have swept, but it just doesn’t seem to get enough, so I tried something different today. 
Yes, you did see that right. I’m using my Oreck XL vacuum to suck up all the dirt. All told, I went through 4 bags, but you can see the difference just in the photo above from what I had and had not done. I’m not sure if mom would be proud of me or not. On one hand, I’m using the vacuum, but on the other….
