I wish I could say I was surprised, but we have an issue with our roof again. This time, the decorative metal shingles are flapping in the wind.
I sent a text to the builder followed by an email to he builder and roofer with a photo. We wanted to get this fixed before it got damaged to require additional materials. We signed the contract with the vendor for this roof in June of 2025 and we’re still having adjustments made. I hope this madness is finished soon.
