We already had a mold issue once on this new house. It was fixed, but now that we have primer down, we didn’t expect to see mold on it. Yet, here we are. It doesn’t help that we still don’t have air conditioning and its crazy hot outside. So far its limited to two small spaces, but this is concerning. We put in a call to the builder and are waiting to hear back as he was good for the first issue.
