We’ve had some significant rain in the area recently. There is no roof on the house, so the water comes in and just sits on the sub floor. Theoretically this is acceptable per some reading I’ve done online about this.We’ll want to test the sub floor in several places before accepting this work after the roof is put on and its all dried out. We’ll trust the process for now but verify before moving too far along.
