Our family vacation this year was set for Florida. We were going to see one Disney park and one Universal Studios park and a few other things. First thing to do was drive there. We planned to make it a 2 day trip each way to break it up for the kids. We started driving south. There was significant flooding of the Mississippi river.
So I implored the lovely Danelle to take photos as we went over rivers and near the water.
Eventually we ended up finding a stop for lunch and to stretch our legs. We saw tons of signs for Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, TN. So we followed the signs as it wasn’t far off our path. The place was beautiful, but a bit of a tourist trap on price. Ok, and the line was longer than we were interested in, but we still grabbed a few photos.
And with a little bit of lunch, we were on our way again towards Florida.
