The family is sandbagging for the second time this year. You may remember back in June when we sandbagged in Kimmswick. Now there was a call out along the River Des Peres during heavy winter rain. So with the kids off school, Danelle took Corvin and Sonora out for a few hours in the morning.
The turnout for this event was significant, so they didn’t have to work too long before they were out of work. From there, they headed into the Litzinger Road Ecology Center to hang out with mom for the rest of the day. Sonora got to experience the microscope and they both got valuable mom time!
