On the final morning of Florida, I awoke early and went for a long walk on the beach. There was a pier I wanted to see, but nobody else in the family wanted to walk that far. So this was my chance. I got there and noticed others there to enjoy the sunrise with me.
I realized later as the sun came up that photographers were there for photo shoots.
On the walk back, I noticed a sand castle that made it through the night.
During the drive home, I made it a point to get off the highway and get a photo of the Suwanee river. Its important for racers in the WaterTribe trying to get around Florida for their race. Maybe some day I’ll be part of it. I’ve read a few books about it and its nice to see the river to go with my imagination.
We stopped for lunch and took a few photos to break up the drive.
