We had a large sweet potato in our kitchen that started sprouting in the summer. I was annoyed, so I took it outside and planted it in the ground. It just became a pet project of mine and I continued to water it all summer. I finally decided it was time and decided to see what I would get. I was surprised like a kid on Christmas when I kept digging and getting more potatoes.
I’m already looking forward to next year’s harvest since this went so well!
