Ever since I discovered Mardi Gras in St. Louis, I try to never miss it. I’m still trying to get more people to join me each year. This year, I was able to get Ryan and Jeff with me. We planned to be there all of the day and enjoy the parade, but that wasn’t to be this year. Sonora had a soccer game in the morning. Being a good dad, I went to her game instead of the parade.
Its a long story, but Jeff had to be back at my house by 8 PM so Kelly and Danelle could then go out to see a St. Louis Blues game at a bar. We weren’t exactly happy to have a curfew for a once a year event to see something that is a several times a year event…
At any rate, what we were able to see of the party was fantastic.
