Jo wanted to paddle here newly painted boat. I wanted to paddle mine too, but I promised Danelle she would be the first one to paddle the boat with me. So I met Jo at Simpson with our Kayak. We normally go to the Meramec, but the river was high and she wanted a safe easy environment for her paddle. We paddled back into Grand Glaize Creek. I’m not sure she had been there before. The creek is the water source that feeds the lake before it dumps into the Meramec river.
