I was invited to my goddaughter’s first communion. I would have brought family along with me, but the mass was at 7:30 am and I had stuff to do late the day before. So I left at 5am Sunday morning to drive to Jeff City. I don’t think they expected me to show up, but they were all grins!

After the mass, we went out to breakfast and then hung out at their house for a few hours.
Eventually it was time for me to head home. I went the long way enjoying the Missouri countryside!
